Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the item is mailed back to us in its original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

• Once the return is received and approved, we will send a replacement item.

• Damaged or improperly packaged returns will not be accepted. We expect customers to securely package return items to prevent damage during transit.

• Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, as they are immediately handed over to the courier.
